Therapy Group for Parents of neurodivergent Teens and young adults

1st and 3rd Fridays 12:15-1:45pm (Virtual, CA only)

Does your older teen or young adult offspring still need a lot of support? Are you finding traditional advice around “launching” unhelpful? Is family life looking really different than you’d expected?

This group offers:

• Support navigating this phase of life in a neurodivergent family

• Information for understanding development and mental health of late adolescence and early adulthood

• Connection and collaboration with others in problem-solving

• Tending to your wellbeing and building your resources

• Affirmation and relationship-building in a community free of oppressive standards and judgment

Details:

• All neurotypes and identities welcome as members

  (this will be an ND affirming space)

• $90 per person per group

• 2 month commitment requested

• One time intake/goal setting individual session required ($235 for 50 minutes)

• Ongoing admissions

• Max 8 group members
