Group Therapy
OCD Basics Group
For NeuroDivergent people With recently discovered OCD
In 8 meetings, Build a solid foundation for managing OCD, with others in a neuro-affirming space
Tuesdays at 4pm, 8 week package
Currently Recruiting for JAnuary 13, 2026
I created this group because OCD discovery when you are autistic, have ADHD, or have other learning differences or diagnoses can feel overwhelming. Although OCD overlaps with other conditions commonly, OCD treatment that centers the neurodivergent experience is hard to find. OCD thrives off secrecy and isolation; therefore, gathering with others who have similar experiences is powerfully healing. This group will follow principals of of emergent strategy and universal design to not only address OCD, but create a non-masking, collaborative experience with others that I hope will be healing.
This group offers:
A place of belonging and acceptance, where neurodivergence is centered
A complete overview of how OCD works and the different ways to tackle it
Help distinguishing OCD from stims, processing, and planning
Balancing OCD treatment with your nervous system needs
Practices all together that evoke our creativity and playfulness
Planning and development time for you to create routines for your recovery and follow up plan
Get to know others who get it.

OCD Recovery group
For NeuroDivergent people with OCD in remission
Focused on Meeting Neurodivergent needs and building a good life
Time TBD
Currently Recruiting for Spring 2026
I created this group because so many neurodivergent people I know developed OCD when life was feeling out of control. OCD can take over for large chunks of time, leaving some big gaps. Once you understand OCD and get the hang of managing it, there can be a lot of work waiting on the other side. For some, this is when other neurodistinctions such as ADHD or autism are discovered. I want to create a space where people with fast, creative, sticky brains can feel kinship, learn from each other, and manage their mental health and life goals in a sustainable collective model. This is for people looking for ongoing light support.
This group offers:
A place of belonging and acceptance, where neurodivergence is centered
Practical skill building to address challenges like burnout, intense emotions, and sensitivity
Help navigating relationships, especially cross-neurotype relationships
Support with career and workplace navigation or vocational goal development
Planning and brainstorming time for you to create routines and resources that help you reach a healthy baseline and stay there
Focus will be tailored to group member needs and requests
